  • Founder & Stylist

    With 14 years of experience in the hair industry, Ashleigh began her journey by earning her qualifications in Auckland, New Zealand. After honing her skills at one of Auckland's top salons, she took the leap to London, where she worked for one of the city’s first organic hair salons. It was there that her passion for natural hair care truly blossomed, and she perfected her craft in a salon dedicated to sustainability. Clean beauty and eco-conscious practices became the foundation of her work.

    Ashleigh’s journey has also led her to exciting opportunities, including working on editorial shoots for high-end brands and being part of the vibrant London fashion show scene, adding a creative twist to her hairdressing career.

    Known for her relaxed and playful approach to styling, Ashleigh's work radiates a chic, effortless vibe that perfectly suits today's busy, style-savvy clients.


  • Creative Director

    Mia has dedicated her career to the art of hairstyling, training with storied institutions while specializing in cutting edge eco friendly and sustainable products.

    Mia obtained her full cosmetology license at the Aveda institute of Cosmetology in San Francisco. She then went on to train as a cutting specialist at Vidal Sassoon, securing a prestigious position as a senior stylist before perusing her interest in colour.

    After relocating from San Francisco to London, Mia served as creative director of a pioneering Organic Salon in East London, Glasshouse. She became a self employed stylist in 2019, and continues to pursue a niche in safe, sustainable products and natural aesthetics.

    Mia is a curl cutting queen and loves working with her clients natural texture. She also loves to create natural looking blondes.

    When Mia’s not in the salon she is a pet portrait artist, enjoys exercising and spending time with her cute little family.

  • Stylist

    Having moved from the small coastal town of New Plymouth, New Zealand, Ciara loves immersing herself in London's vibrant creative scene.

    She brings with her valuable experience from working in a salon in her hometown, where she completed her apprenticeship and became a fully qualified stylist.

    Ciara specializes in blonde hair, including coloring, styling, and cutting. Her attention to detail and commitment to hair health are central to her approach.

    In her free time, she enjoys designing and creating her own clothing and exploring local markets on weekends. A fitness enthusiast, she can often be found at the gym in the mornings.

    Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Megan made the move to London after falling in love with the city on a previous visit. Passionate about health, beauty, and wellness, Megan has dedicated her career to the hairdressing industry since the age of 16.

    After completing her full apprenticeship and training in Auckland, Megan went on to specialise in balayage, blonding services, reverse balayage, and precision cutting. She loves creating bespoke looks that enhance and elevate her clients’ natural colour, with a focus on low-maintenance, lived-in styles—though she’ll never say no to crafting the perfect bright blonde. Whether you’re after effortless colour, a voluminous blow-dry, or sleek, polished curls, Megan brings both technical skill and creativity to every service.

    When Megan’s not in the salon, you’ll usually find her running, cooking, exploring new places, or shopping.
